The Centre at Hagerstown FSA completed a feasibility study and performed detailed engineering for the 600,000 square feet shopping center located off of I-81 in Hagerstown. This project involved a flood study, infrastrature expansion, and site planning. Improvements were made to Interstate 81 in order to accommodate this new attraction. Frederick, Seibert and Associates worked with Petrie Diermann and Kughn
(now known as Petrie Ventures) from the initial feasibility study which
assessed the site's ability to be developed. The feasibility study addressed
the FSA then proceeded to engineer the entire infrastructure including loop
