FSA completed site planning, engineering, and wetland delineation and mitigation for this business park bordering Interstate 70. FSA ensured that the site complied with the Forest Conservation Ordinance and provided complete site engineering for road construction, as well as utilities. Distribution centers located there include RPS Distribution Center, Lennox Distribution, Petsmart Distribution, and Lippencott Distribution.
