Williamsport Elementary School
Frederick, Seibert and Associates prepared a campus master plan to guide the overall engineering and redevelopment of the existing elementary school. FSA worked with the local education department and the State of Maryland Department of Education to provide natural areas that address the state's Conserving and Enhancing the Natural Environment program. FSA presented the concept design to teachers and the State of Maryland for input and provided detailed design and engineering of an educational courtyard and student gardens including a butterfly garden.
