Residential Projects
Greenwich Park
Greenwich Park is a 194 unit TND (traditional neighborhood development)
designed to emphasize low maintenance homes which offer single level living
and rear alley garages to limit cars parked in front of homes. FSA was
responsible for the project’s master planning, site engineering,
and landscape architecture. FSA guided this project through annexation
hearings to construction documents and planning commission approvals and
is presently working with the owner to prepare individual lot landscape
plans and is on call for construction stakeout.
